Job Title: Strategic Transformation Lead

We are seeking a seasoned leader to drive strategic initiatives that shape how organisations engage with developers and stakeholders.

About the Role

  • Lead transformative workstreams within high-profile programs of work.
  • Design and deliver solutions that enhance B2B engagement models, oversee delivery of frameworks, and drive transparency, efficiency, and commercial outcomes.
  • Manage initiative leads, multi-disciplinary teams, and stakeholders to ensure program objectives are delivered on time and with maximum impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies for segmentation, service design, case management, and commercial models.
  • Provide technical and strategic leadership to ensure solutions are commercially robust, transparent, and stakeholder-focused.
  • Manage resource allocation, reporting, and program integration to ensure delivery aligns with strategic objectives.
  • Maintain compliance with organisational, legislative, and ethical frameworks.

Requirements

  • Proven expertise in B2B service environments and transformation delivery.
  • Adept at navigating complex stakeholder landscapes, building strong partnerships, and driving results in fast-paced, high-stakes environments.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with tertiary qualifications in Business, Engineering, or Program/Project Management (desired).
  • Understanding of segmentation models, commercial frameworks, and government or infrastructure planning (desired).
  • Experience in capability building within a transformation or organisational change context (desired).
