Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement Customer Service solutions for contact centres using Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Integrate D365 with Azure, Office 365, and other cloud tools for omnichannel customer engagement.
Technical Leadership
- Guide agile development teams and mentor junior engineers.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure solutions.
Customisation & Configuration
- Tailor D365 CE modules, workflows, dashboards, and business rules to meet client needs.
Client & Stakeholder Engagement
- Work with internal users and external partners to gather requirements.
- Participate in solution envisioning, demos, and workshops.
Required Skills:
- Strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE – particularly Customer Service & Omnichannel Engagement.
- 2+ years in cloud-based systems / distributed computing.
- Experience with Azure, Power Platform, and integration tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / Engineering.
- Microsoft certifications in D365 / Azure.
- Experience with large-scale CRM implementations.
