We are seeking an experienced Cloud Contact Centre Expert to join our operations team on a permanent basis. This role will be responsible for providing technical support for cloud-based contact centre solutions.

This role involves providing technical support for cloud-based contact centre technologies, maintaining and improving contact centre systems and processes, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through effective issue resolution, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:- Minimum 5 years experience in contact centre operations, preferably with certifications in Avaya, Verint or NICE CXOne
- In-depth knowledge of ITIL processes, especially Change Management, Incident Management and Problem Management
- Hands-on experience in troubleshooting cloud contact centre solutions/applications
- Experience in UC & CC design, implementation, and operation
- Familiarity with major cloud contact centre technologies, including NICE CXOne SBCs and SIP routing, AWS and cloud technologies
- Strong organisational skills, ability to work independently and thrive in high-pressure environments
