Job Profile

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Cartage Coordinator to lead our logistics operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in freight forwarding, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a deadline-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate cartage movements and liaise with clients to expedite cargo delivery.
  • Liaise with transport companies and internal departments regarding shipment status.
  • Calculate and prepare shipment charges.
  • Request, monitor, and process payment of invoices.
  • Advise carriers of time slot requests in a timely manner.
  • Confirm delivery requirements with customers.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in freight forwarding (cartage).
  • Ability to take the lead.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment.
