**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Customer Service**: You will be responsible for communicating effectively with customers and service providers to ensure a compliant and complete shipment process in a timely manner whilst documenting customer needs for future use and striving for excellence.
- ** Operational Excellence**: You will take ownership of understanding and complying with Expeditors internal process standards, to complete timely, accurate and compliant deliveries, customer billings and system updates.
- ** Service Provider Relationships**: As a Transport coordinator you will build strong partnerships with Service Providers including shipping lines, transport companies, and freight yards to ensure you client is serviced to a high level.

**Qualifications**
- Freight Forwarding experience
- FCL Cartage knowledge required
- Competent use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc)
- Experience with Expedient and the ICS system
- Courteous communication and phone manner
- Proactive approach to problem solving
