Job Overview

The Enrolled Nurse will play a vital role in creating a positive impact on our residents and their families. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for leading the care team and coordinating care in an allocated section of the home.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the care team and coordinate care to ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards.
  • Ensure that care plans are implemented effectively and advise and allocate care staff as needed.
  • Recognize and escalate deteriorating residents, providing safe and high-quality care.
  • Promote a positive resident experience through a resident-first approach and provide assistance with daily living activities.
  • Maintain accurate documentation as per organizational standards.
Requirements
  • Registration with AHPRA as an Enrolled Nurse is mandatory.
  • One year of experience as an enrolled nurse in a residential aged care setting is desirable.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to hold NDIS Worker Checks is required.
  • Passion for delivering person-centered care is crucial.
