About the Role

The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of efficiently managing day-to-day office operations and maintaining accurate filing systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily office tasks and maintain accurate records.
  • Provide administrative support with data entry, document preparation, and record management.
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments to maintain productivity.
  • Welcome and onboard new employees, ensuring documentation is up-to-date and compliant.
  • Partner with production management to track purchases and manage inventory.
  • Manage calls, emails, and mail to ensure clear communication.
  • Assist with weekly payroll and accounts payable to support financial operations.
About You

A highly motivated professional with experience in administration, looking to take ownership of this role while bringing their own style and enthusiasm.

  • Proven experience in an administrative role with efficient operation management.
  • Solid knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
  • Excellent organisational skills, able to juggle multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software such as MYOB or Xero.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team, effectively managing time and priorities.
