Family-owned and operated, our business is entering a period of strategic growth, necessitating an increase our manufacturing output.

The role of Production Leading Hand will be critical for us as we increase the volume of products and may lead to a future leadership role in the business. If you are passionate about what you do with a high attention to detail, then this could be a great role for you.

THE REQUIREMENTS:
You’ll need proven experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably with metal products. You should also have the capability to organise a small team, book transport and liaise with customers. Ideally you will hold a current forklift licence and a first aid certificate. You know your craft, are mature and above all, you value quality products and the people who make them.

**Salary**: $37.00 - $42.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
