Daily Activities

  • Deliver high-quality client service to foster strong client relationships.
  • Oversee the management of client insurance policy renewals, new business, and endorsements.
  • Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities for relevant insurance products.
  • Engage with clients through both phone communications and in-person meetings.
  • Negotiate with insurers and clients regarding risks that fall outside of standard underwriting guidelines.
  • Achieve targeted revenue goals for client retention and growth.
  • Mentor and guide team members to enhance their professional development.
  • Manage relationships with industry stakeholders and internal colleagues.

Qualifications for Success

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

  • A well-rounded background in client servicing and sales within the insurance sector.
  • Relevant insurance experience that contributes positively to our collaborative team environment.
  • A proactive mindset with a focus on exceeding both personal and team objectives.
  • Familiarity with Home Warranty regulations in both NSW and VIC is advantageous.
  • Strong leadership skills with a history of mentoring and training in a dynamic setting.
  • Excellent negotiation and influencing capabilities.
  • Tier 1 qualifications in Insurance Broking.
