Job Title: Etf Capital Markets Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Public Investments team as a key member of our ETF capability. This newly created position will report directly to the Head of Global Dealing and be based in Sydney.

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in the development and day-to-day management of our ETF capability. You will coordinate activities across the organization, including ETF dealing, operations, fund services, technology, sales, and external service providers.

You will partner with and train the sales team on technical aspects of ETF operations, liquidity, valuation, trading, and client transactions. Additionally, you will act as a consultant to drive understanding of the mechanics and processes of the ETF structure.

Your responsibilities will also include analyzing primary and secondary markets to develop an understanding of the trading and valuation of our ETFs. You will manage wholesale client, adviser, and broker execution desk relationships to support ETF trading and liquidity needs.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in an ETF Capital Markets role or similar
  • 3+ years of ETF Operational experience
  • Strong organization, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Entrepreneurial spirit centered around growth and a team-oriented mindset
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent
