Job Opportunity: Etf Product Specialist

The iShares platform requires a skilled professional to oversee product development and management. This role involves ensuring the current range is continually improved, developing product analysis and collateral, and collaborating with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the iShares platform by responding to queries and identifying areas of improvement.
  • Develop and maintain product collateral, presentations, and customized product analyses that articulate investment objectives, characteristics, performance, and relevant competitive advantages.
  • Respond to enquiries from clients, business partners, and internal stakeholders regarding the technical and operational features of the products.
  • Complete business proposals and research/consultant information requests.
  • Assist with the implementation of iShares product changes and new fund launches.
  • Partner with external registry and investment platforms to understand and improve the post-purchase experience.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of relevant financial services experience.
  • Tertiary qualifications in a related discipline.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) skills required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to simplify complex investment ideas into a format applicable for relevant audiences.
  • Basic programming skills in VBA or Python is an advantage.
