Fund Services and Administration Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to support our fund service and administration team, responsible for daily investment operations including management of investment schemes and client mandates.

The successful candidate will oversee daily, monthly, and quarterly unit pricing, including exchange-traded funds (ETFs), review fund distributions, and mandate performance. They will also coordinate new fund and client onboarding, manage fund terminations, liaise with product and front office teams, and oversee junior staff members.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of daily, monthly, and quarterly unit pricing, including ETFs
  • Review of fund distributions and mandate performance

Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience in fund accounting, service, or administration
  • Understanding of unit pricing, performance, and tax distributions
  • Knowledge of domestic and international fixed income, equities, including ETFs
  • Experience managing small teams (preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Degree in finance, accounting, or related field
