Job Description

We are seeking an administrative professional to join our collaborative and close-knit Industrial team based in Perth. As a key member of the team, you will utilize your strong attention to detail, efficiency, and proactive approach to contribute to the success of the team.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing our CRM database and creating reports for data tracking.
  • Preparing client correspondence, submission documentation, and presentations.
  • Preparing expense claim forms and credit card statements.
  • Billing and invoicing clients, including commission invoices, marketing and advertising expenses for subject properties, ensuring all documentation is compliant for auditing requirements.
  • Coordinating successful client and staff events and functions.

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

  • Meticulous work habits with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong MS Office skills.
  • Experience in InDesign is highly desirable.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities.
  • Previous experience within real estate or professional services environment is desirable.
