About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled professional with expertise in people analytics, data analysis, and reporting to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in a related field, proficiency in SQL, and strong skills in data visualisation tools such as Power BI.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement robust data models to support HR analytics and reporting.
  • Develop visually compelling dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI or Tableau.
  • Presentation of data analytics and insights to stakeholders through clear and engaging presentations.
  • Continuously improve reporting and visualisation methods to better meet business needs.
  • Plan, execute, and analyse employee surveys to gauge engagement, satisfaction, and other HR metrics.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and data analysis techniques.
