About the Role
The General Manager Sales Solutions is a key leadership position that requires a dynamic and motivated individual with excellent influencing skills. The successful candidate will lead the development of complex logistics solutions for new and existing customers, and will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic sales and account management.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets for Team Global Express.
- Lead the development of complex logistics solutions for new and existing customers.
- Manage the customer contract pipeline, engaging account owners and business units to develop solutions and offers to secure contract extensions.
- Build and develop a team of sales specialists, responsible for driving and supporting delivery of business unit sales budgets.
- Develop market intelligence to shape industry solutions via the full suite of Team Global Express services.
- Oversee the solution implementation process to ensure successful delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Analyse sales performance, customer feedback, and market insights.
