This role is ideal for a seasoned marketing professional with experience in campaign execution, data-driven targeting, and stakeholder management. As a Campaign Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing targeted partner campaigns across owned digital channels, leveraging tools such as Adobe Campaign and Braze.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of email marketing best practices, including personalized and dynamic content creation, targeting logic, segmentation, and data-driven campaign rules.
You will work closely with internal stakeholders and partners to shape clear campaign briefs, confirm objectives, target audiences, offer construct, and timing, ensuring campaign requirements are clear, feasible, and aligned with business goals.
Key areas of accountability include campaign coordination and briefing, targeting and segmentation setup, campaign execution, campaign reporting and optimisation, partnership management, and stakeholder communication and expectation setting.
We are looking for someone who can manage multiple campaigns with competing deadlines, demonstrate strong organisation and coordination skills, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Requirements- Retail and/or loyalty marketing experience desirable
- Braze coding experience essential
- Experience in Adobe Campaign
- Strong understanding of email marketing best practices and lifecycle campaign execution
- Experience building campaigns with personalised and dynamic content
- Comfortable working with targeting logic, segmentation, and data-driven campaign rules
- Experience with QA processes, test sends, and campaign tracking set-up
