Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement diversity and inclusion strategies, initiatives, and programs to promote social inclusion and address Indigenous affairs
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure compliance with government policies, including Building Equity Policy, Victorian Social and Sustainable Procurement Framework, Local Jobs First Policy, and Indigenous Procurement Policy
- Provide strategic advice and guidance to bid teams on government policy requirements and develop responses to returnable schedules
- Manage reporting mechanisms to ensure projects meet their reporting requirements and KPIs
- Support projects in the diversity, Indigenous, and social inclusion space from mobilization to project close
- 2+ years of experience in construction, with a focus on government policy requirements
- 3+ years of experience in diversity and inclusion, social inclusion, or Indigenous affairs
- Exceptional relationship building, influencing, and communication skills
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience responding to work-winning submissions is highly desirable
