Job Title

The Stockroom Manager Role involves leading the stockroom team to drive inventory management and contribute to store profitability.

This position reports to the Store Manager and works closely with the store team to receive, handle and manage merchandise in a timely and organized manner.

The role is responsible for developing and empowering the stockroom team to excel in their roles. Key responsibilities include:

Inventory Management: Ensuring effective stock control at all times, reviewing and implementing strategies to minimize shrinkage.

Team Development: Leading and developing the stockroom team to improve productivity and workflow.

WHS Initiatives: Focusing on creating a safe working environment within the stockroom and store.

Stocktake Process: Overseeing the stores' stocktake process to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Efficiency Improvement: Reviewing and implementing strategies to improve productivity and workflow.

Requirements for this role include previous experience working in a fast-paced physical environment, proven ability to cope well under pressure, a passion for the retail industry, exceptional service skills, and a strong sense of personal style and presentation.
