About the Role:
The Operations Supervisor will oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient use of resources, including staff and equipment. This involves monitoring inventory levels and maintaining accurate stock control and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to maintain a safe and secure working environment.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and logistics, to ensure smooth supply chain management.
- Conduct regular performance reviews for staff and provide feedback for improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, or a related field is highly desirable.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance requirements is necessary.
- Experience with warehouse robotic systems is highly advantageous.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make informed decisions are required.
