Strategic HR Business Partner

This is a unique opportunity to join Superloop, a leading company in AU, as a People and Culture Business Partner. The role involves partnering with key business leaders to provide strategic and operational advice, supporting employees and management, and driving HR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- HR generalist responsibilities combined with subject matter expertise in Remuneration & Benefits.
- Provide expert HR advice and assistance to employees and management on a full range of issues and practices.
- Advise and coach management on employment-related matters in accordance with legislation, HR policies, and procedures.
- Facilitate performance management and grievance issues in accordance with company policy and legislative requirements.
- Remain up-to-date with employment legislation and HR/IR industry trends.
- Lead a range of HR projects.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of HR principles and practices, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders.
