
Regional Capacity Services Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Regional Capacity Services Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital part in delivering projects under the current phase of the Australian Government's Natural Heritage Trust in the Central West region.
Your responsibilities will include coordinating all aspects of program reporting, from quarterly and annual updates to short and mid-term outcome reports. You will also lead the design and implementation of monitoring and evaluation activities, working closely with our project teams to provide administrative and strategic support.
This support will ensure data and insights drive sustainable agriculture and environmental outcomes. Your contributions will have a significant impact on the success of our projects and the communities we serve.
Key Responsibilities:- Annual revision and updating of the Central West LLS NRM Plan and leading the mid-term Plan review
- Active participation in internal and external communities of practice, advisory groups, and information-sharing forums
- Managing the RCS operating budget and associated activities
- Coordination of reporting and maintenance of service delivery evidence
- Leading our teams through the project mid-term outcomes review process
- Supporting and actively planning for community participation in project delivery
- Assisting Project Managers in implementing the Monitoring, Evaluation, Reporting, and Improvement (MERI) Framework
- A degree in agricultural, environmental, natural resource management, biosecurity, or emergency management, or equivalent industry knowledge and experience
- Current NSW Driver Licence with the ability and willingness to travel
- Willingness to undergo a police check and medical clearance
