Reception & Food & Beverage Staff Required | EconoLodge Gateway Tamworth

Join our versatile team in a vibrant, well-established regional hotel

We're seeking reliable, customer-focused staff to work in either our Reception Team or Food & Beverage Team or could be multi-skilled to work both areas. We have multiple casual roles available, working in both front office and dining & function areas on a rotating 7-day roster including days, nights, weekends, and public holidays.

What You'll Do:

  • Welcome guests and manage check-ins/check-outs at reception.
  • Handle reservations and guest enquiries.
  • Serve food and beverages, ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Assist with dining room setup and cleanliness.
  • Maintain accurate guest records and assist with general admin tasks.
  • Work flexibly across both reception and food & beverage areas as required.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in hospitality, reception, or food & beverage roles preferred but not essential.
  • Strong multitasking skills and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Basic computer literacy.
  • Positive attitude, reliability, and ability to work both independently and in a team.
  • Willingness to work varied shifts including weekends and public holidays.
  • Must hold a current RSA and Food Handling Certification
