Senior Change Manager

The Senior Change Manager will oversee the implementation of organisational change, coordinating stakeholder engagement and ensuring seamless adoption of new technologies that enhance patient outcomes and clinical efficiency.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive strategies to manage organisational change, focusing on process improvement and best practice.
  • Facilitate training and support programmes for clinical teams during digital transformation, promoting a culture of continuous learning.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals, corporate services teams and NSW Health stakeholders to ensure successful system integration.
  • Monitor progress metrics and address resistance to change through effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Establish communication plans to engage all stakeholders throughout the implementation phase.

This is a senior role within our organisation requiring proven experience in change management, preferably in healthcare settings. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of digital health systems and patient record management, as well as excellent leadership and project coordination skills.
