  • Develop and lead Customer Service's change management practice, embedding tools, frameworks, and standards.">
  • Drive continuous improvement through stakeholder education and evolution of change and comms maturity.">
  • Develop and lead strategic and operational communications aligned to our North Star.">
  • Support delivery excellence and embed best-in-class ways of working across teams.">
  • Own and optimize SharePoint and manage critical incident communications.">
  • Embed a customer-obsessed, high-performance culture across the team, supporting talent, development, and succession planning.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • Proven leadership experience (5+ years), with a track record of mentoring and developing high-performing teams.">
  • Advanced change management capability, with experience applying methodologies in large-scale customer-facing environments.">
  • Strong project delivery skills, with the ability to integrate change across complex businesses and multiple sites.">
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including with senior leaders.">
  • Skilled in influencing and negotiating to drive adoption and alignment across diverse teams.">
  • Experience managing strategic communications and digital platforms (e.g. SharePoint).">
