Senior Human Resources Generalist

The role of Generalist HR Advisor is a critical position within our organization, requiring a seasoned professional to support the development of HR strategies and provide guidance on various HR-related matters.
This individual will be responsible for developing and delivering HR projects that align with business objectives, working on employment relations cases across the business, and advising on industrial relations requirements.
The successful candidate will possess a relevant tertiary qualification or experience in an HR Advisory role, with a proven track record of delivering generalist HR support and advice. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Development and delivery of HR projects that meet business needs
- Supporting the development of HR strategies, focusing on continuous improvement and alignment with retention and development plans
- Providing advice, coaching, and support on a broad range of HR issues and practices
- Working collaboratively with stakeholders to achieve organizational goals and objectives
