Key Role: Clinical Nurse for Inflammatory Bowel Disease
We are seeking a skilled Clinical Nurse to play a vital role in coordinating care and offering clinical advice for patients living with Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD). As part of our multidisciplinary team, you will facilitate seamless communication between Primary Care Physicians and Hospital Specialists within a shared care model.
The goal is to prevent hospital admissions by managing disease flares early through outpatient interventions, reducing morbidity and improving the quality of life for patients.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals across settings to deliver exceptional patient care
- Provide expert nursing support to patients with IBD
- Contribute to advancing clinical programs
Essential Requirements:
- Current registration with the Nursing Board of Australia
- At least 3 years post-registration experience with proven clinical competence
- Strong leadership abilities, including mentoring junior staff and effective communication skills
