Key Role in Delivering Strategic HR Initiatives

Our organization is seeking a skilled Human Resources Business Partner to play a key role in delivering strategic HR initiatives and providing expert advice and support to our business communities.

This position will involve collaborating with people leaders to advise on the management of complex people and employee relations issues, as well as partnering with people leaders in your portfolio to drive best-in-class people practices and support organizational change where required.

Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Supporting the Head of HR in delivering strategic HR initiatives by influencing stakeholders and leaders.
  • Collaborating with people leaders to advise on the management of complex people and employee relations issues.
  • Partnering with people leaders in your portfolio to drive best-in-class people practices and support organizational change where required.
Requirements for Success

To be successful in this role, you will need to have significant and demonstrable experience as a HR Business Partner or Manager in a similar or relevant industry. You will also need to have a consultative approach alongside advanced stakeholder management and influencing skills.

Additionally, you will need to have:

  • Significant experience working in a fast-paced environment experiencing considerable transformation.
  • Tertiary qualifications in HR and/or employment relations would be highly desirable.
