**Job Description:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Educator to join our team. As a Lead Educator, you will play a pivotal role in shaping a nurturing and empowering environment where educators and children alike can thrive.

You will work closely with an Early Childhood Teacher and a supportive Leadership team to design and deliver an exceptional curriculum that fosters each child's learning and development while helping them build a strong sense of identity.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of educators and ensuring that the service is providing high-quality care and education to children.

**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Lead a team of educators and ensure that they are providing high-quality care and education to children.
  • Work closely with the Early Childhood Teacher and Leadership team to design and deliver an exceptional curriculum.
  • Foster a nurturing and empowering environment that promotes the well-being and development of children.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
  • Must hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
  • Able to work full-time, Monday to Friday.
  • In-depth experience in leading a team within a childcare service.
  • Strong communication and time-management skills.
  • A valid Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain.
  • Current First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain.
