  Your role
  
  Provide strategic leadership, coaching, and mentorship to a client service team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality information and procedural advice to clients engaging with Courts and Tribunal Services. Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement, while supporting team members in navigating complex client interactions and maintaining compliance with relevant policies and procedures
  
  What You'll Do
  
  As the Team Leader you will plan and manage team operations to meet high-volume client demands while maintaining service quality and consistency.

  • Lead a team of Client Service Officers and Senior Client Service Officers to deliver high-quality, client-focused services.
  • Provide regular coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to support professional growth and service excellence.
  • Develop and manage team rosters and schedules to meet forecasted client demand, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
  • Prepare and review achievement plans for team members, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to the enhancement of the centre's knowledge base, systems, and procedures to support consistent service delivery.
  • Manage recruitment processes and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support team and organisational goals.
