Job Summary:

We are seeking a Department Team Manager to join our retail leadership team in one of our stores. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in managing daily operations, achieving sales growth, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Store Manager in effectively managing daily store operations
  • Achieve sales growth and meet regular KPI targets
  • Build and develop a high-performing department team to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Lead by example and communicate management expectations
  • High volume stock management and merchandising inline with business expectations
  • Liaise with the recruitment and training teams to ensure seamless onboarding and development of new team members

What we're looking for:

To be successful in this role, you will require retail management experience, preferably in a high-volume or big-box environment. You must have a strong leader mindset, be passionate about inspiring your team to exceed goals, and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Benefits:
