Job Opportunity
We are seeking a professional to lead our team of Indigenous Connections Coaches across the country. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of and a strong connection with Indigenous cultures and communities.
About the Position
- Providing coaching, support, and guidance to Indigenous Connections Coaches to facilitate clients' transition into sustainable employment.
- Supporting Indigenous Connections Coaches to assist clients with their employment journey through supported interviews and first day and week support.
- Developing relationships with Indigenous organisations to provide wrap-around supports for clients in each Employment Region.
About You
- Ability to lead a remote team, including recruitment, onboarding, ongoing coaching, and performance management.
- In-depth knowledge of Indigenous cultures and histories.
