About the Role

We are seeking a driven professional to join our Financial Services tax team in Brisbane.


The ideal candidate will have Australian income tax experience, ideally gained in a top-tier accounting firm or mid-tier accounting firm.


In this role, you'll collaborate with experienced professionals to deliver innovative solutions that help clients meet their tax obligations while maximizing business outcomes.


  • Providing Australian income tax advisory and compliance services to clients across banking, wealth, and asset management including superannuation funds, and insurance.
  • Advising a market-leading client list on tax matters, helping them respond to complex issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Australian Income Tax Advisory: Provide expert advice to clients on Australian income tax matters.
  • Tax Compliance: Ensure accurate and timely submission of tax returns and other documentation.
  • Business Solutions: Collaborate with experienced professionals to develop innovative solutions that meet client needs.

Requirements:

  • Australian income tax experience, ideally gained in a top-tier accounting firm or mid-tier accounting firm.
  • Strong influencing skills to drive best outcomes.
  • Ability to articulate complex technical information into succinct recommendations.
