Job Profile

We are seeking an employment tax specialist to provide expert advice and support on various employment tax matters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver Employment Tax Guidance: Research and provide written guidance on FBT, Payroll Tax, PAYG Withholding, Superannuation Guarantee, and Salary Packaging.
  • Ensure Compliance and Quality: Review and prepare annual FBT returns, payroll tax filings, and superannuation guarantee calculations.
  • Engage and Educate: Liaise directly with clients and regulatory bodies, and lead training sessions for both clients and internal teams.
Essential Skills:
  • Collaborative Mindset: Eager to work as part of a national team supporting clients across diverse industries with complex tax compliance issues.
  • Strong Analytical and Technical Skills: 1–3 years of experience in employment tax with large multinational organizations, excellent MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel skills.
  • Adaptable and Growth-Oriented: Able to manage multiple priorities independently and within teams, with a strong attention to detail and a desire to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and ways of working.
