Tax Advisory (Director / Senior Manager)

Committed to providing a range of complex tax advice / tax planning to a growing portfolio of professional services clients, this is an excellent opportunity for you to utilise your deep understanding of Australian tax whilst contributing to the growth of the business.

Specialist areas include financial and tax due diligence, M&A, succession planning, restructuring, asset protection and tax planning.

You will have a solid background in providing expert tax advice coupled with strong communications skills. Collaborating with tax legal experts you will develop and present tax strategies and recommendations to a growing client portfolio.

You may be stepping out of a Big4 or top/mid-tier firm, feeling frustrated with the progression to partnership. This is a great opportunity to work with like minded professionals who want to help you achieve your goals and give you the opportunity to increase your income.

Responsibilities
  • Provide complex tax advice and tax planning to a growing portfolio of professional services clients.
  • Develop and present tax strategies and recommendations in collaboration with tax legal experts.
  • Specialist areas include financial and tax due diligence, M&A, succession planning, restructuring, asset protection and tax planning.
Qualifications
  • Solid background in providing expert tax advice.
  • Strong communications skills.
  • Experience in the listed specialist areas (due diligence, M&A, succession planning, restructuring, asset protection and tax planning).
