Tax Advisory Specialist

We are seeking a highly experienced Tax Professional to provide expert tax advice and guidance to our clients. This is an exciting opportunity to join a specialist business that is experiencing growth and progress in the industry.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of Australian tax law and be able to utilise this knowledge to contribute to the growth of our business. We are looking for someone with strong communications skills who can collaborate with tax legal experts and develop and present tax recommendations to a growing client portfolio.

This role involves providing complex tax advice and tax planning to professional services clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in financial and tax due diligence, Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A), succession planning, restructuring, asset protection and tax planning strategies.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing expert tax advice and guidance to clients.
  • Developing and presenting tax strategies and recommendations in collaboration with tax legal experts.
  • Assisting clients with financial and tax due diligence, Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A), succession planning, restructuring, asset protection and tax planning strategies.
