OpenStack Platform Infrastructure Engineer

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an OpenStack Platform Infrastructure Engineer.

This role involves working within a dynamic team responsible for the development, maintenance, and support of a private cloud platform.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide operational support for Red Hat OpenStack and Ceph clusters in a production environment.
  • Automate routine maintenance, upgrade, and deployment activities using tools such as Ansible, Python, and Bash.
  • Develop and maintain clear documentation to support operational continuity.
  • Transfer technical knowledge to colleagues through structured handovers and collaboration.
  • Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience in deploying, administering, and supporting large-scale on-premises Red Hat OpenStack environments.
  • Proficiency in infrastructure automation using tools such as Ansible, Python, and Bash.
  • Experience in designing, deploying, and supporting large-scale Red Hat Ceph storage clusters (desirable).
  • Experience in OpenShift/Kubernetes administration in an on-premises enterprise environment (desirable).
  • Experience managing and troubleshooting enterprise-grade physical hardware and networking used in cloud infrastructure platforms (desirable).
