Customer Service Liaison Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Liaison Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in guiding customers through the NDIS and HCP processes, connecting them to the right services within our organisation.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement service agreements that meet customer needs.
- Address customer feedback about services and assess referrals to ensure eligibility.
- Monitor customer budgets and costings to provide accurate support.
- Conduct in-home visits to understand customer requirements and preferences.
- Ensure compliance with Aged Care and NDIS standards to maintain exceptional quality of service.
- Experience or qualifications in Disability Services or Aged Care Services, ideally within a similar role.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build strong relationships with customers.
- A genuine desire to make a positive impact on people's lives.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
- Current Australian 'C' Class Drivers Licence with no restrictions.
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
- Administrative skills with the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
- A positive attitude towards continuous learning and improvement.
