Client Relations Specialist Job Overview

The role of Client Relations Specialist is key to managing customer interactions and contributing to a growing consumer leasing business.

  • Manage all customer interactions for allocated states or territories.
  • Conduct credit assessments and write consumer leases.
  • Handle collection work, order stock and track delivery.
  • Enhance the overall customer experience through exceptional service.

Key requirements include excellent typing and computer skills, a strong phone manner, previous work-from-home experience and customer service or sales background.

While prior experience in consumer leasing or credit is preferred, full training will be provided to the right candidate.

As a Client Relations Specialist, you will work from home with a provided work phone and computer, engaging with customers throughout the day in a fast-paced environment.
