About the Role:

This leadership position is focused on instilling a culture of excellence, collaboration, and ownership within our Service Coordination and Workforce teams. The successful candidate will lead workforce planning and rostering strategies to ensure optimum utilisation and scheduling efficiency while prioritising client satisfaction.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and empower your teams to deliver exceptional care experiences.
  • Develop and implement effective workforce planning strategies that meet operational needs and enhance client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with Operations and Shared Services teams to drive quality care delivery and improve our service model.
  • Analyse data to inform decision-making, identify areas for improvement, and optimise workforce performance.
  • Foster a culture of inclusion, joy, and continuous development where every challenge has a solution.
What We Are Looking For:
  • A seasoned leader with experience in service delivery teams in healthcare, disability, or community care.
  • Strong knowledge of scheduling, workforce planning, and operational excellence principles.
  • A proven track record of developing high-performing, values-aligned teams.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and change leadership skills.
  • Experience using rostering and workforce systems to drive efficiency and improvement.
