Strategic Procurement Manager

This is an interim leadership position overseeing the Category Management Teams responsible for both indirect and direct spend.
You will manage a significant team working across a broad array of spend that includes corporate and operational/engineering spend which will increase as capital projects commence.
In addition to the classic requirements for a successful procurement function, you will ensure that optimised outcomes are achieved with a focus on creating value, pricing, risk, sustainability and governance.
Key Responsibilities- Manage spend analysis, source to contract, category strategies and supplier management teams
- Ensure that optimised outcomes are achieved with a focus on creating value, pricing, risk, sustainability and governance
- Work with key stakeholders and the senior leadership team to ensure that procurement is viewed as a value-add, business partnering model
We are looking for a skilled professional with experience in strategic procurement and spend optimization. Your expertise in managing complex spend portfolios and implementing effective procurement strategies will be invaluable in this role.
