Customer Service Representative

About the Role
Crown Equipment is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support.
Key Responsibilities
Manage customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products.
Process customer orders and service requests in a timely manner.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively.
Maintain and update customer records in the database.
Liaise with third-party providers for interpretation, pricing, and availability of spare parts.
Requirements
Parts interpreting skills
A mechanical aptitude
Proven experience in a customer support role or similar position
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
