Customer Service Representative

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. This role will involve providing exceptional customer service, coordinating service and spare parts, and working closely with our team to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Coordinate service and spare parts, including inventory management and order processing
- Work closely with our team to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise
- Develop and maintain good relationships with customers and respond to technical enquiries on products and services
- Perform daily after-sales/service calls to previous customers
- Carry out administrative processes associated with service and spare's function, including maintenance of customer database
- Monitor delivery/distribution of products/services to ensure alignment with customer expectations
Requirements
- Experience and knowledge of Automotive Equipment, electrics, and hydraulics
- Excellent customer service and complaint handling skills
- Proficient in Microsoft applications or similar operating inventory systems
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Confident in building rapport with internal and external stakeholders
- Access to own car/transport
- Full working rights
