Sydney Business Development and Marketing Specialist

Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Sydney Business Development and Marketing Specialist. In this critical role, you will play a key part in delivering high-quality events and digital marketing initiatives to support business development and marketing strategy for our offices.
The team is responsible for helping partners and lawyers develop the firm's business, build relationships with existing and potential clients, and manage the firm's market profile. You will liaise directly with partners, lawyers, and other business professionals, working closely with the Asia Pacific and global Brand, Communications and Marketing (BCM) and Client & Market Development (CMD) teams.
This hands-on role requires quick and accurate work, prioritization, ownership, and attention to detail. You must be enthusiastic, engaging, and considered, with strong relationship-building skills, ability to collaborate, and willingness to take ownership of tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with business and legal professionals across multiple disciplines and practice areas, and connect with the wider network to ensure brand consistency and effectiveness in local marketing activities.
