Job Summary

We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Disability Support Worker to join our team in the Independent Supported Accommodation (ISA) program. As a Disability Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in supporting individuals with complex needs to achieve their goals and live their lives to the fullest.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement personalized support plans that cater to the individual's needs, preferences, and interests
  • Assist with daily living activities, including personal care and hygiene, household duties, and medication administration
  • Enable individuals to participate in activities they enjoy, such as social events, work, and appointments
  • Promote personal choice and control, empowering individuals to make informed decisions about their lives
Requirements
  • Experience working with individuals with complex behaviors
  • A passion for enabling and supporting people with disabilities
  • Desire for meaningful work and a willingness to learn new skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
