Event Operations Specialist: Deliver Quality, Break Boundaries

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Event Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide administrative support to the Regional Director and Heads of Event on all tasks throughout the event planning cycle.

About the Role:
  • Coordinate regular meetings with internal departments, local teams, and stakeholders.
  • Manage scheduling, agendas, and note-taking as requested.
  • Liaise with the Workplace Coordinator to support general administrative tasks.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the success of our events.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Creation and upkeep of event presentations and planning decks.
  • Support project management software and ensure accountability and progress.
  • Assist Regional Director and Head of Event with budget tracking and upkeep.

You will be working closely with the Events Team to ensure the smooth operation of our events.

Requirements:
