- On-site responsibilities include overseeing exhibitor/product deliveries, supporting producers, coordinating logistics, and maintaining event quality standards.
- Post-production tasks involve financial reconciliation of production budgets, attending debriefs, and archiving technical project files.
- Administrative and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.
- Excellent computer literacy is required, with proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Photoshop.
- Understanding of event registration is highly desirable, along with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- The ideal candidate will also possess a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to travel for events when required.
