Employment Consultant Role

We are seeking an experienced Employment Consultant to join our team. This is a full-time role working 9-5pm, with opportunities for professional development and growth within the company.

About the Role:

  • Support clients with an injury, health condition or disability to address their barriers in relation to obtaining and maintaining long term suitable and sustainable employment.
  • Work as part of a cohesive and caring team environment to deliver services nationally across Australia.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with employers, training organisations and other community services to achieve quality outcomes for individuals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administration, case management and program compliance.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in Disability Employment Services, Job Active, Transition to Work, or Workforce Essentials.
  • Genuine interest in working within Disability Employment Services.
  • Full working rights in Australia.
  • Willingsness to obtain a National Police Certificate.
  • Willingsness to obtain a Working with Children Check (Blue Card).
  • Willingsness to obtain a Disability Worker Screening Clearance (Yellow Card).
  • A current driver's licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle.
