Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Claims and Retention Specialist. This position plays a vital part in ensuring sustainable employment for individuals participating in our DES and WFA programs.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing ongoing support to both customers and employers, enhancing job retention, and collaborating with employers to create future employment opportunities.

This involves maintaining regular communication with customers and employers, offering mentoring and advice, conducting workplace site visits to identify barriers to ongoing employment, and guiding customers and employers on appropriate training and workplace diversity.

The Claims and Retention Specialist will also ensure service delivery complies with contractual requirements and organizational policies, cultivate effective employer relationships to contribute to targets and KPIs, collaborate with our Central claims team to gather evidence for outcomes and payments, deliver post-placement care to ensure employment continuity and milestone achievement, perform risk assessments, and manage daily schedules and appointments efficiently.
