Job Overview

In this role, you'll empower individuals with disabilities to achieve sustainable employment.

As part of our nationwide network, you'll work from our Beaudesert site, leveraging your skills to drive positive change in people's lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and source job opportunities for clients
  • Help clients discover their strengths and secure meaningful employment
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and employers
  • Enhance clients' employability through training and support services
  • Collaborate with clients to develop tailored job plans
  • Build relationships with local businesses and community organizations

Requirements

  • Eligibility to work in Australia
  • A valid driver's license and comprehensively insured vehicle
  • Willingness to undergo a Criminal History Check
  • Able to pass a Working with Children Check
  • Ability to work independently and think creatively
  • Full-time work Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm
