Your role will be at the forefront of our services, working one-on-one with clients to provide support for a sustainable career.

Daily Responsibilities

- Encourage and motivate participants through appropriate activities to find their own employment;
- Build relationships with local employers to source job opportunities for our clients;
- Reverse market clients to employers;
- Place participants into sustainable employment leading to outcomes;
- Ensure all activity is appropriately recorded, documented and adheres to compliance and/or contractual requirements; and
- Provide exceptional service to our clients, employers and stakeholders throughout the process.

Qualifications and Requirements

- Experience in customer service or a client-facing role, minimum one year's experience;
- Demonstrated ability to work with people overcoming challenges;
- Strong communication skills with multiple external and internal stakeholders;
- Ability to work to KPIs and make placements that result in sustainable and lasting employment for our clients/employers;
- Desire to be part of a collaborative team who are passionate about diversity and inclusion; and
- Current Driver's Licence.
